The listed probe model numbers and system models are for your reference only, which may not complete or may face version problems;
We need System model number; version number; Probe model number/Part Number to confirm the exact one you need. Please give details as much as possible;
If any other models which are not listed here, you can also contact us to confirm availability;
Our Probes or repaired probes' shape/appearance may be different from original one.
※Limited Warranty
Compatible Probe: one year after shipping date;
Original Probe: 3 months after shipping date;
Probe Repair: Change scanhead/Cable, one year after shipping date;
Repair Lens/Membrance/Cable/Housing or for any other cosmetic purpose, 6 months after shipping date.
REPAIR PROCESS
Check the model of the ultrasound probe;
Provide solution: Customers replace it by themselves or we repair it;
Make quotation;
Send the new probe to the customer or
the customer send us damaged ultrasound parts by express;
Replace Dome or
Replace and recalibration of ultrasound probe;
Warranty and delivery process.
